Rewarding drive and commitment to excellence – Vicky nails it

I know it’s a well-used cliché, but our company is only as good as the people we have working here. When Gavin and I set up this business – just over ten years ago – we made a commitment that we would not suffer mediocrity; that our clients expect and deserve great service. But it goes beyond that, it is also about having the right attitude and hunger to succeed.

We reward success here at Mantis and ever since joining nearly two years ago, Vicky Hayden has shown exactly the attributes that make our clients happy. She is tenacious, committed to excellence and has an unrelenting drive to do her best for her clients.

So, today, Vicky is being promoted to an Account Director whereby she will continue to help set the communication and engagement strategies of our clients.

Vicky has an uncanny ability to grasp the most complex technology issues and understands all too well the application of technology in the public sector. She looks beyond media engagement and content generation and is very skilled at uncovering and building engagement programmes with individuals and departments that her clients are trying to influence and sell to.

Well done Vicky, you set a great example to all.
