The first ever Multi Academy Trusts Partnership Network (MATPN) brought together more than 100 MAT leaders at Milton Keynes’ Horwood Estate, to listen, learn and share best practice.
Delegates saw event Chairman, Adrian Ball, Chief Executive at the Diocese of Ely Multi Academy Trust, chair a panel session on how large MATs can manage improvement. Catt Scutt, Director of Education and Research at the Chartered College of Teaching, also gave an informative session on building a strong professional culture to support teacher learning and improve pupil outcomes.
We heard from Catherine Kelsall, School Engagement Lead at the Department for Education (DfE), who explained how the DfE is providing guidance to schools and academies to improve how they buy goods and services. And, a presentation from Ofsted’s National Director of Education, Sean Harford, provided some much-needed clarification on changes to the Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
An extension of the team
Our relationship with PNE is a great example of how we can offer Shared and Owned media services, as well as the more well-known Earned and Paid-for media communications.
Mantis will be attending all of PNE’s 2020 events, which cover the MAT, higher education, healthcare, local government and blue light sectors. The Mantis team runs the events’ social media channels as they happen, including live tweeting, and engaging with each events’ LinkedIn followers.
We also work with a dedicated film crew to interview a range of key speakers, sponsors and delegates, which help to create a range of rich media; including short sound bites and promotional videos, for PNE’s website.
