Mantis has rewarded the performance of three of our outstanding staff with promotions this week. As a leader of a tech PR agency which has grown by carefully picking new starters for their talent and suitability to our culture, it’s a real thrill for me to be able to talk about the achievement of these team members. They are all of whom are testament to our tendency to retain and grow our staff by providing the support and opportunity to prove their value and worth to our clients and colleagues.

Bryony Cox is promoted to Senior Account Director, and retains her role as Lead Talent Counsel. Bryony has been with Mantis for six years, having joined as an SAE. Bryony has led international accounts and teams with consistent dedication and brilliance, developing strong bonds and embodying our Mantosian reference points such as exemplary media activation and a positive attitude. She is a passionate advocate for development and professional opportunities, particularly for women and new talent in our industry. She’s a role model to us and we love her.

Joanna Clark is promoted to Account Director. Jo is into her third year here and her progression from Account Manager is due to her talent, consistent over-performance, and her admirable ability to stay determined and motivated. I love her relationships with her team and the people here that she manages and nurtures, and I know her clients wouldn’t be without her. We’re all looking forward to experiencing this next phase of her career here.

Rebecca Paddick is promoted to Account Director. If ever there was a Mantosian who takes our cultural reference point of ‘refusing to stay in your lane’ seriously, it’s her. Journalist turned communications professional, she’s enriched Mantis with her skills and taken every opportunity to improve client campaigns possible. I love her approach to content creation, and her pleasure in getting the outcomes we’ve said we’ll deliver.

The management are so proud of our three newly promoted senior team members. Being able to progress the careers of such capable people is a privilege and we’re so glad to celebrate them today.
