Servelec, a leading enabler of digital care through provision of software solutions, is working with PR and communications agency Mantis Public Relations to help increase customers’ share of voice, embed their brand proposition and enhance their reputation with stakeholders. The Mantis team is focussing on increasing understanding amongst Servelec’s stakeholders of how it is uniquely equipped to support and drive the movement towards integrated digital care across healthcare, social care and education.

As a full communications programme, the Mantis team will develop messaging, tone of voice; provide spokesperson training; develop fresh content and use targeted media relations, social media outreach and also direct contact to influential people in order to channel awareness of Servelec’s offering. A key part of the work will also include sharing intelligence on the health, social care and education markets; to help to inform spokespeople and create relevant content.
