Bryony has managed to fight off a lot of competition and is now one of 30 women from a vast array of backgrounds being mentored by PR industry heavyweights from the biggest brands and agencies.

Mantis rewards the performance of three outstanding staff with promotions this week. As an agency which has grown by carefully picking new starters for their talent and suitability to our culture, it’s a real thrill for me to talk about them.

My first month at Mantis has been a whirlwind of discovery and adaption, some of it harder and all of it valuable. Every day is different and unexpected, but the one constant is the team.

With the UEFA EURO 2020 getting underway today and my passion for football reignited, I’ve decided to combine my love of the game with my other passions (yes, really…), politics and the public sector.
